Refunds & Return Policy


RETURNS

Our refund policy is 7 Days no exception. 

If the product is returned within 7 Days, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will charge a 10% restocking fee for every return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 14715 Carmenita Rd Norwalk, CA 90650.  You must have invoice in order to process your return.  Secondly, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS (with in 7 DAYS)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (with in 15 DAYs)

Exchange may vary based on case by case basis.

SHIPPING

Our products are shipped within 24-48 hours using UPS or USPS. Within the US, shipping will generally take 5 days, but in certain cases, it may take up to 15 days. International shipping times vary.
